In any case, please prioritize written messages with pictures in order to give us as much information about your safe (brand, model, color, key type, problem encountered…)
The information we need the most, besides the problem itself (lost key, broken key, key duplication, forgotton combination, lock failure…) :
– Information stamped on your key
– Information written on your safe or strong box
– Dimensions of the safe (Height, Width, Depth)
– Vault or Safe color (it can be necessary to determine the exact model)
– 1 clear picture of the full safe box (where we can see the safe door and the locks)
– 1 clear picture close-up of the lock, or locks if there are several locks on the door
– 1 good photo or the interior of the lock. Flash or a small light is necessary for this picture
